McCain's Acceptance Speech

I must say one of the first things I noticed was how the Excel Energy stadium seemed like it was not even filled. This alone told the tale without listening to McCain's speech. He started his speech with commendments to President Bush and the first lady as well as his vice presidential pick. McCain didn't not speak like Obama spoke considering this is the presidency on the line. At the start of the speech a few protests actually took place on the stadium stairs whereas this never happened at any point during the Denver convention. I don't mean to bash Senator McCain but I call on certain things when I see it; such as speaking not seeming real or genuine.

McCain is without a doubt for the war in Iraq with "I would rather lose an election than see my country lose a war". A speedy cover up with "It's not who you are fighting, but what you are fighting for". With fewer attacks on Obama than I expected, McCain still spoke with great intentions as he spoke out on the energy crisis. McCain has good intentions but seems to have no real plans for the subjects and problems we currently face. I can't discredit him, I can only disagree.
